2 years on a SaaS with zero sales

A year building a SaaS, then a second year looking for customers for it. Not one sale in either.

Nobody said what it cost. Our estimate is ≈ $100,000 — 780 evening hours at about $130 an hour, 2017–2019. The second year, spent looking for customers, is not counted.
