A $100-a-listing job board for over-35s in tech

A local and regional tech job board aimed at people 35 and over — any gender, experienced or not — in a group that is the second most discriminated against in the industry. Listings were $100. Traffic was plentiful. The MVP seeded itself by pulling in postings from elsewhere, and then could not sell a single paid listing.
